Local bus operator First Aberdeen is cutting the price of family bus travel during the summer holidays.
The company's family ticket offers unlimited daily travel all day on city services.
From July 6 to August 17 inclusive, the cost will be reduced from £8 to £6.
The ticket can be used by a minimum of one adult and one child (16 and under) to a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children.
The company claims this offers "fantastic value for a family day out."
First Aberdeen's Managing Director David Phillips said: "The school holidays can be a busy time for families and what better way to spend the day by getting out and about?
"We want to make travel as easy as possible for our customers and with a day’s unlimited travel for £6 for families, bus travel offers excellent value for money.
“We hope our regular passengers enjoy the discount during the summer months and that families who might not travel by bus regularly consider ditching the car for a more relaxing journey without the queues and cost of car parking."
First Aberdeen is the largest bus operator in the city.
More than 175 of its buses transport around 50,000 people every day across Aberdeen.
